Lisa will guide and support you through developing and planning your goals. A goal is a symbolic term for what you really want to achieve, what you are aiming for in a certain area of your life. A goal could be to change your career, learn how to sail a boat, be more assertive at home, anything you would like to see as the end result.

Lisa will not advise you or give her personal opinion on what she believes is right for you that will be your choice. Your choices will be based on tougher examinations of all available avenues and options open to you.

By examining each step you will be able to decide your next direction and move forward. Together with Lisa you will work through any issues currently holding you back, hindering you or blocking your way forward by applying various life coaching methods and techniques enabling you to acknowledge any hindrances, release them and move on in life positively.

By replacing the should's with must's and the could's with will's is one of the first steps towards achievement. Developing a positive mental attitude will propel you towards what you really want to get in life and will also stimulate you to do things rather than thinking about things.
